It has been far too long since we've documented our good times at bunco.
Highlights of the evening:
* Alison dropping everything to make it so we could have 12 players. She has some dedication that I would like to see from the rest of you.
* Kara taking it all in the roll off.
* Emily and Anjie eating 5 gallons of cheese.
* I don't think Jessett cheated this time. But I'm not sure.
* Only minimal talk about nursing.
* Radical prizes and food. Thanks Katie!

Rules of the Bunco Bible
1. Guard it with your life. Within its pages we will unravel the solution to not squabbling over who owes who 8 dollars.
2. Never leave it behind. (I don't mean to point fingers, but Christi really needs to work on this one)
3. Don't let men or babies touch it. They've never given birth or nursed so they won't understand its religious principles.
4. Dont' let Chelsie's stars next to the names confuse you as to who has paid. She's always trying to mess us up.
5. Try not to spill fondue cheese on it. I learned this the hard way.

My love for Bunko
Thanks everyone for coming last night. Bunko is a highlight of my month. I am so excited for next month! If you left early you missed some great conversation. Things to bring up at next bunko:
1. Do ask Sesily to show you how she looked when she got married.
2. Do ask Alison how she stops herself from peeing her pants.
3. Don't ask Kara about her drinking problem :)!
4. Do ask Kara for her salsa recipe.
5. Do stay late for all the good info!

Rich 'n' Cheesy Macaroni
Not to be outdone by Sesily...here is the mac-n-cheese recipe from last night. I am telling you I didn't make this for a long time because I was afraid when I read the ingredient list - but as you tried last night it turned out pretty tasty.
2 1/2 c. uncooked macaroni
4 T. butter
1/4 c. flour
1 t. salt
1 t. sugar
2 c. milk
8 oz. Velveeta
1 1/3 c. small curd cottage cheese
2/3 c. sour cream
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese (I used sharp, but that was just what I had)
Cook noodles according to directions; drain. In saucepan, melt butter. Stir in flour, salt and sugar until smooth. Gradually add milk. Bring to a boil and cook and stir for 2 minutes. Reduce heat, add Velveeta and 1 c. cheddar. Stir until melted. Add cottage cheese and sour cream. Add drained noodles. Mix together and pour into a greased 9x13. Sprinkle with remaining cheddar over top. Bake at 350 for 30 min.
Oh, and here are some pics of is chowing down last night (after most people left)
